Heating Systems
We understand that no other single system in your home plays a larger role in your comfort or how much your utility bill will be than your heating system. That's why we specialize in comfortable, cost-effective heating solutions.

Air Conditioning
We can help you maintain and repair the system you have, or replace it completely. As factory-trained technicians, we can provide routine periodic inspections, licensed warranty and post-warranty repairs, and immediate emergency response.

Our office is open weekdays 8am - 5:30pm and emergency service available on Saturdays as well.

Ductwork Cleaning
We use the “Viper” duct agitation system with a portable hepa-filtered vacuum system. We clean the supply and return ductwork.

It usually takes 2 technicians about 3-4 hours for an average size house
We will replace their air filter at the time as well and clean the blower housing in the furnace
Cost for the service is $175 setup fee and then $15 per register. Mileage is 82 cents per mile both ways if outside of Beatrice city limits

Our installation department has over 45 years of combined experience. All our installers are factory trained and receive continual training on the innovative industry leading Carrier equipment. Many of our installers are NATE certified as well. Our installation department uses only quality products and the finest installation materials and techniques available to guarantee your 100% satisfaction. We put it in writing that if you are not satisfied we will take the steps to make you satisfied guaranteed. As a Carrier dealer for over 37 years, we have access to the range of products necessary to handle all of your comfort needs.

Sizing your equipment: We want your equipment to run properly and it starts with proper sizing and the load calculation. We perform a load calculation for all our customers interested in replacing their existing system or when they are building a new home. This requires measuring the house and checking details of the current system as well as your electrical capacity. We like to know how you run your current system and what you want your new system to do that the old one didn’t or couldn’t do. All that information helps us find the right system for your family’s indoor comfort. All recommendations are free. We can give you operation cost comparisons which can help you make your final decision.
