Operations and Maintenance
We provide full-service maintenance, with dedicated staff to ensure on-going system maintenance and quick repair.

Our Service Department

Our technicians are NATE certified with over 46 years of combined experience.
Technicians receive continual training.
We guarantee our service repairs.
Warranty for all repairs is 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts.
Computerized tracking of service repairs in order to provide better service.
Large inventory of parts for all brands of heating and cooling equipment (if we don’t have it on hand we can often have it the following day).
Inspections on heating and cooling equipment for real estate sale.
Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and we are available on Saturdays as well.

Systems Design and Project Management
We specialize in retrofitting older buildings with new heating and cooling systems. We’ll also take on the installation of systems in new buildings from the ground up. We specialize in installing systems for new construction projects as well. We have expertise in commercial exhaust systems and specialized systems for churches, schools, manufacturing plants and correctional facilities.

Refrigeration
We have the experience and training to make sure you have the right equipment functioning at peak performance. And if you system ever goes down, you have the peace of mind knowing we offer emergency service.
